Baby Bump

The arrival of a baby can bring overwhelming joy to a family. That joy is often accompanied by a shift in all that is familiar. Many aspects of life such as daily routines, relationships, and careers, go through a period of transition. While these changes can promote growth and exploration, they also present challenges.

About Me

I am a Perinatal Life Coach, and I will walk beside you on this path to guide you through the turns of this important and unique time in your life. My name is Heather DeLuca, and I'm here to care for you.

The families I have encountered over the last 15 years, along with my own experiences, have taught me the intricacies of parenthood. I realized the struggles parents encounter are often dismissed as being expected, therefore not worthy of acknowledgment when things become difficult.

I am here to give validity to those challenges and assist you in finding ways to manage the day to day of parenting. My skills as a Certified Life Coach and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, combined with your desire to transition smoothly to parenthood, can be a winning combination.

I invite you to read more about me on the following page for details on my path to Perinatal Life Coaching.
